142.6lbs on the scales this morning. Not a big drop but hey, it’s below the average.

I’m craving sweet foods at the moment. I seem to have turned into the honeymonster. I bought a bag of pic n mix, I’ve had chocolate today and I stil want to have anything that tastes sweet.  The great oracle that is Google tells me it’s a case of low serotonin at the moment and is typical for women. In fact, they recommend upping your carbohydrate intake as your body clearly needs it during this time.  I should be back to normal my Monday. Hopefully I’ll still have all my teeth by then.
