145.77 average

And still my weight keeps falling. Eventually my average is going to catch up with my day’s weight and I’ll be in the pink on physicsdiet but so far I’ve managed to lose an average 4.3lbs and stayed well in the green.

Since today is a food day (so I’ll be heavier tomorrow morning) I’m expecting to be at about 145 point something so I’ll probably not stay in the green for very long. But that’s ok. Weight is a bit of a blunt instrument when it comes to gauging any kind of slimming efforts, since when you step on those scales, you’re weighing everything: water, muscle, bones, skin, fat. You’re only interested in losing one of those things and you might actually be doing that successfully without it showing on the scales.

I’m not going to be getting the tape measure out until May so if I do start to plateau, I’m going to have come up with some ways to keep me focused and on track.

One thing I really like about this is how it makes me feel. No more bloating, no more feeling heavy or puffy. I feel very light and breezy and not sluggish or bloaty. I suspect the stomach is rather enjoying having that 24 hours of not having to deal with any foods. Chucking food on top of food on top of food into the system is perhaps not so ideal and giving the system some time to clear out is useful for it. I don’t know. All I know is I’m not so bloated and I feel less pudgey. This I like very much.
